EWSTM8-2201 or 3101 版本安装时 会出现一个
IAR System Setup is about to install drivers on your system .
The dirver installation for USB dongles might fail if a USB dongle is attached to your computer
during the installation.

安装说明上有的说选“是”，有的说选“否”，二者到底有什么区别？对工程有什么影响？

按理应该选择覆盖安装USB驱动，或者先卸载这个驱动，再重新安装IAR
