IAR for STM8 调试问题

Fri Jul 13, 2018 08:55:37: Errors while setting configuration with MCU name STM8S103K3: gdi-error : The Flash Memory Read-out protection option must be disabled for debug. Disabling this option will first erase the whole Flash Memory.
这是什么问题？
工程->option 选项中ST-Link各个选项是什么意思？
