之前一直用app版的ST Finder但是不知道从什么时候开始App就不能下手册了。

可以下的，还没遇到不能下的情况。
有时网络慢，换个时间再下，毕竟是国外的网站主机，有GFW你知道的。回帖的附件pdf文档，就是用ST Finder下载的
