STM32CudeMX选择L496芯片自动退出

STM32CudeMX软件在选择L496芯片后，就会自动退出，，选择其他型号就不会，重新下载STM32Cube_FW_L4_V1.7.0失败，，之前安装的那个也删除不了，，，，请问是怎么回事呢？谢谢
