JLINK V9无法连接STM32F103C8T6

手头上有一个STM32F103C8T6的小板子，买了JLINK v9，用jlink_flash都能连上，并烧写。但是IAR 7.8下，就是连不上，而且弹出窗口报错“Fatal error:The selected devices does not match the target device”。
工程里面芯片设置肯定是STM32F103C8T6，用jlink_commander也能Connect上，烧写什么的都正常。
Jlink也没有问题，另外一个板子是STM32F205的，可以正常连接，调试；

求大神指导啊？

J-LINK 在IAR里面有没有设置模式，有SW模式和JTAG模式

也遇到同样问题.
EWRAM 7.8 版本的不支持,
换7.7版本的就可以.
