你下载下STM32CUBE库，里面driver\bsp目录下有相关应用驱动。比如以STM32F4为例：

\stm32f4X\stm32cubef4\STM32Cube_FW_F4_V1.10.0\Drivers\BSP\Components



\Drivers\BSP\Components\lis3dsh\lis3dsh.c|.h

\Drivers\BSP\STM32F4-Discovery\stm32f4_discovery_accelerometer.c|.h
