stm32内部ram空间不够了，怎么办

我的芯片是107RC的，256Kflash，64K SRAM，程序编译出来有90K，编译提示错误. No space in execution regions with .ANY selector matching Section .data(debug_sendhandler.o).还有很多这样的语句，这样子该怎么办啊，编译好的都下载到SRAM里面了，能不能把flash利用起来呢，谢谢
